I’m a BACP-registered Psychosynthesis Counsellor based in Wiltshire.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Psychosynthesis counselling—an approach that honours the whole of who we are, and gently explores the threads of meaning, struggle, and growth that shape our lives.
My path to this work began during a time when I felt lost and unsure of where I was headed. That experience of searching—of wanting to understand myself and find a way forward—led me to Psychosynthesis. It offered a kind and hopeful way of being, and it continues to guide me every day.
I work with a blend of Psychosynthesis and relational counselling, offering a space that’s grounded, warm, and responsive to you. Sessions are collaborative and spacious—an invitation to explore what matters most, at your own pace. Together, we build understanding and authentic connection.
Therapy with me isn’t about fixing—it’s about being with whatever you bring. I meet each person with curiosity and care, honouring your story and the rhythm at which it unfolds.
At the heart of my practice is a quiet, compassionate space where you can bring whatever you’re carrying. Whether you're feeling anxious, grieving, stuck, or simply in need of a safe place to talk things through, I’ll meet you with warmth, deep listening, and a steady presence—and walk alongside you, wherever your journey takes us.
Roberto Assagioli, the founder of Psychosynthesis, believed deeply in the human potential for growth, meaning, and transformation. His work invites us to approach life not as something fixed or predictable, but as a journey of discovery and becoming.
"There is no certainty; there is only adventure."
— Roberto Assagioli
Psychosynthesis takes a holistic view of the whole person — mind, body, emotions, and spirit — offering space to explore not only the challenges you face, but also the deeper aspects of yourself longing to emerge.
It helps make sense of life’s difficulties while gently guiding you back to your authentic self — reconnecting you with your strengths, values, and inner wisdom. This process can bring a renewed sense of meaning and direction, greater resilience, and enhanced self-worth, confidence, and emotional wellbeing — laying the foundation for lasting, soul-aligned change.
